Georgia native Brent Cobb will release his debut album, Shine on Rainy Day, on 24 March through Atlantic Records and the single 'Black Crow' should be enough to whet any country, swampy, bluesy fan's appetite. Cobb's voice is warm and sharp in all the right places, and the song was recorded for the 'Elektra Sessions' at Sam Philips Studios in Memphis, Tennessee. You might say, then, that the track is saturated by the South - and that's no bad thing.
